Exchanges and Returns
If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@primeloom.nl to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.
How to Request a Return
Please download, print, and complete the return form if you have not already done so. You can request the return form via the form below.
Send your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@primeloom.nl by email.
After approval, make sure your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions listed below.
Clearly mark “Returns” on the outside of your package.
Use an insured and trackable service to ensure that your package safely reaches us.
Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@primeloom.nl.
Include your goods and send them back to the following address:

Return Conditions and Guidelines
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.
All return packages must be shipped with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
Make sure the return form has been approved – without approval, your return may not be processed.
Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps
Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure you include a Track & Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred back to your bank account within five working days.
Please Note:
Some products are shipped directly from our international supplier.
In such cases, we are unable to offer a full refund for items that have been delivered in good condition but do not meet personal expectations (such as size, color, or subjective quality).
Returns are only fully refunded if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
